This policy explains how Weekly Textile handles information sent through email, correction requests and costing-desk inquiries.
If you email Weekly Textile or prepare a costing request through the website form, the details may include your name, email address, product details, target price, destination market, message and the names of files you intend to attach.
The costing form prepares an addressed email in your email application. Product files are not uploaded or retained by the website form; you decide which files to attach before sending the email.
Information is used to respond to inquiries, review corrections, prepare directional costing responses and maintain necessary editorial or business communication. Limited request metadata may appear in the website host's operational logs.
Google Analytics may load only when a site environment variable is configured. Analytics is used to understand page traffic and site performance, not to create supplier offers.
Do not send confidential supplier contracts, unpublished buyer documents, sensitive personal information or files you are not authorised to share unless a separate written agreement is in place. Email messages and attachments may be retained as needed to respond and maintain necessary business records.
